Welcome to Outdoor Dogs! By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

Services

Outdoor Dogs provides dog transportation and supervised outdoor adventures, including hikes, park visits, and outdoor enrichment activities. We operate in New York State.

Booking & Payment

  • All services must be booked in advance via our website.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the quoted rate.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a 50–100% charge depending on service type.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Dog Health & Behavior

  • Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations, flea/tick prevention, and in good health.

  • Dogs must be spayed or neutered by 8 months, unless a veterinarian provides documented medical exemption. Dogs that are not spayed/neutered as required may be refused service until the requirement is met.

  • Dogs exhibiting aggressive behavior or signs of illness may be refused service at the handler’s discretion.

  • Owners must disclose any medical conditions, behavioral issues, or special requirements.

Owner Responsibility

  • Owners assume responsibility for providing accurate information about their dog(s).

  • Owners consent to handlers using reasonable care during transportation and activities.

  • Owners must supply any necessary items, such as leashes, harnesses, or medications.

Liability & Indemnification

  • Outdoor Dogs is not liable for injury, illness, or loss incurred during transport or activities, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

  • Owners agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outdoor Dogs and its employees from any claims arising from their dog(s).

  • Owners acknowledge that outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to other animals, terrain, weather, or unforeseen hazards.

Photography & Media

  • Outdoor Dogs may take photos or videos during activities for marketing or promotional purposes.

  • By using our services, you grant permission for your dog’s image to be used.

Transport & Safety

  • Dogs will be transported in safe, secured vehicles compliant with applicable laws.

  • In emergencies, Outdoor Dogs may seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of New York.

  • Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate local courts.

Changes to Terms

  • Outdoor Dogs reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date.

Acknowledgment

  • By booking or using Outdoor Dogs services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
